For Global Wellness Alliance, it started with a life of service, a difficult journey, and a desire to help others move forward.
After 28 years of military service, BJ Patterson entered a new chapter of life. The challenges he faced after leaving the military led him to look deeper into his own health and well-being.
What started as a personal search for better wellness eventually became something bigger.
Through research, persistence, and real-life experience, BJ discovered approaches that helped him rebuild his strength, energy, and confidence. That experience inspired a simple idea: if these solutions could make a difference in his life, they could potentially help others, too.
Today, GWA is built around a simple purpose — helping people make better choices for their wellness and move forward with confidence.
